This focused, full-day session is designed for clients who need targeted updates to their website without the full commitment of a custom design project. You’ll receive a dedicated 8-hour workday to tackle key updates, tweaks, and customisations to your existing website.

A one-on-one chat to discuss your goals, confirm the project scope, and determine if a VIP Design Day is the right fit for your needs. This ensures we’re on the same page and ready to make the most of your time.
• A Full Day of Expert Attention
Eight uninterrupted hours of focused design work, entirely dedicated to bringing your vision to life. I’ll work from 9 am to 6 pm (with a quick break for lunch) to ensure your website gets the care it deserves.

Step 1: Reserve Your Date
Choose a date that works best for you, ensuring you’ll be available to provide feedback and approvals during the day. Once we’ve agreed on a date, your booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit (or full payment if preferred).
Step 2: Prep & Plan
After booking, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get ready for the big day. This includes clear instructions, a checklist of items to gather, and helpful resources. You’ll also get access to my questionnaire, which will help us identify your priorities for the day.
Step 3: Strategy Call
About 1–2 weeks before your Design Day, we’ll have a 45-minute strategy call to finalize your to-do list and confirm all the details. We’ll address any questions and ensure we’re aligned on the goals for the session so we can maximise productivity.
Step 4: The Design Day
Get ready for a day of focused collaboration! From 9 am to 6 pm (with a break for lunch), I’ll work exclusively on your website updates. We’ll stay in close contact throughout the day via email or messaging to ensure your feedback is incorporated in real time.
Step 5: Wrap-Up & Handover
Once the day is complete, I’ll fine-tune everything, including mobile layouts. If we’ve built new features or made significant updates, you’ll receive a training video within 24–48 hours to guide you through the changes.
Step 6: Post-Day Support
Your package includes up to two hours of follow-up revisions within one week of your Design Day to ensure everything is exactly how you want it, plus two weeks of email support for questions or minor adjustments related to the work completed during your VIP session. This ensures you're confident in managing your updated site.

Not at all! The day before your Design Day, we’ll have a call to finalize the plan and ensure I have everything I need. During the Design Day itself, I ask that you remain available via email starting at 8 am your local time in case I need to check anything with you.

While all prices are quoted in AUD (as my business is registered and pays taxes in Australia), payments can be made in your local currency. The final amount will depend on the exchange rate set by your bank at the time of the transaction.
